Submit Your MML Fan Game Creations
Beta/Demo Guidelines
First and foremost, it's all about Legends fan games. Placeholder graphics with the intent to add Legends graphics won't cut it.
A beta or demo should provide a glimpse of the full game to come, whether it's a one-room sandbox showcasing a robust character engine, or a full-length level of enemy battles.
Bugs will be bugs, but any major issues such as freezes, crashes, and the like should be resolved before submission.
Submission
When your game or demo is ready, send an email letting us know all about your project. Give us the sort of description that might appear on the Sky Pirate Arcade page, with a link where we can download and check it out.
We'll look it over and try to get back to you soon. If we feel it's unacceptable for the Arcade for whatever reason, we'll let you know, but so far that's never happened.
Keep At It!
Reaching the point of having a solid demo can be more difficult than it seems, and sadly, so many game projects only get that far and then fizzle out. After submitting a demo, you may need a break from the project, but don't forget about it! If your project is slow moving, feel free to drop us a line to let us know it's still active; games that show no sign of progressing for extended periods will be assumed dead and be marked as cancelled.
